Find out how you and I will work together on your health and wellness journey. I will answer questions relating to the process of working together, find out what your goals are, and make recommendations on how to move forward.
This package includes one 90-minute session, one 1-hour session, and three 30-minute follow up sessions. We will do a full nutrition and lifestyle assessment, create a meal plan tailored to your lifestyle and food preferences, and work together to adopt new healthy behaviors that will lead to success.
